The heart (and pulse) of Swiss Alertis is the modern alarm center which operates in three languages.

Business and private customers all over Switzerland are looked after from their main office in Zürich, around the clock, 365 days a year.

From here, the rapid deployment of all necessary measures and intervention personnel is coordinated.

The alarm and fault reports are processed with the help of special control point software. We prepare individual instructions or action plans for this in coordination with our customers, scaled by danger and urgency, which are binding for both sides in the event of an alarm or fault. This enables us to ascertain on behalf of our customers that the correct decision is taken in every situation that puts your security at risk.

When a security alarm is received in our emergency center, it is dealt with according to the instructions agreed with you.
